Digital Account Manager – Marketing Agency

Seeking a talented and experienced agency account management professional with approximately 3 years – solid Digital Marketing, Direct Response, Social Media and Event Management experience, to fill the role of Assistant Account Manager with this growing, dynamic and fun, integrated Marketing Agency – located in Etobicoke!

The Position:

As an Assistant Account Manager you will focus on supporting the account team through exceptional organization and resourcefulness. You will be responsible for client and project management, budgeting, client communications, and liaising with the creative team and IT team.

  • Maintain a methodical and orderly approach to managing your workload and the brand team activities for which you are responsible.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in order to effectively fulfill requests.

  • Execute the needs of your brand team in a thorough and timely manner.

  • Have a good understand of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and other digital products
  • Our requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in an Advertising and/or a Digital Marketing agency.
  • Have obtained a degree or diploma in Advertising/Marketing/Business
  • Proven Success in Client Management and Program Development
  • Strong digital marketing background including excellent analytical skills
  • Strong working knowledge of online ad planning (Google AdWords, Facebook)
  • Working knowledge of social media strategies for marketing communications
  • Familiarity and comfort with print production
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude towards opportunities and potential problems
  • Superb presentation skills
  • Must possess strong project management skills – organization skills, attention to detail, problem solving, and following up is key
  • Must be technology savvy
  • Must have a passion for advertising and marketing
  • Experience using Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary $42 – 46k plus benefits
