Agency Account Manager – Digital and Social

This small, but dynamic, entrepreneurial marketing agency services a broad roster of clients, large and small, across both B2B and B2C categories.
The role:
The Account Manager will be tasked with managing one great client, franchise based and national in scope, and the role will include applying your marketing knowledge and solid understanding of the importance of online measurement, SEO, SEM, and Social Media platforms, to develop strategy and deliver exceptional integrated marketing programs targeting local markets across the country, while building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise owners as well as Head Office. You must have experience working with a talented, creative team internally as well as liaising with external vendors, managing client budgets, and ensuring all processes are followed and projects completed on time, all with the mandate to assist clients in meeting their marketing needs.
Compensation: $50 – 60k
Location: Etobicoke
Summary requirements:
- 3 – 6 years experience working as an Account Manager/Client Services professional in a Marketing and Communications Agency in Canada
- A degree or diploma in Advertising/Marketing/Business preferred
- Strong working knowledge of online ad planning (SEM, SMM)
- Solid digital marketing and social media experience along with excellent analytical skills
- Technology savvy
- Familiarity and comfort with traditional advertising (OOH, Print)
- A positive, proactive attitude towards opportunities and potential problems
- Topnotch project management skills – highly-organized, attentive to details, problem solving, and following up are key essentials for success in this role
- A passion for Advertising and Marketing
- Experience using Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana)
- Bilingual in French, and access to a vehicle are also assets
