CLIENT SOLUTIONS MANAGER
Role Summary
Reporting to the CEO you will work with a cross-functional team to develop PSP proposals, launch Patient Support Programs, and fully manage the client/ relationship with the Program Manager. You will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure client program KPIs and expectations are exceeded.
- University degree or equivalent in science and/or business
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 1 year in a Marketing role
- Demonstrated impact in multiple roles such as sales, marketing, professional education, sales training, analytics, and insights
- Experience launching and managing external PSP vendors
