+10 years of experience in clinical research leadership with demonstrated success in managing complex clinical operations and driving organizational transformation
In-depth knowledge of clinical development processes, Good Clinical Practice, regulatory frameworks, and emerging digital health technologies
Bilingual in French and English is required

Working collaboratively with the Market Access team and the cross-functional teams, the Lead, Market Access; Public Affairs, assists with the development and implementation of a strategic plan to shape, influence and attain reimbursement of products and forge collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. public and private payers, key opinion leaders (KOLs) and patient advocacy groups).

8+ years of experience in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry including a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Market Access role or a similar stakeholders engagement role.
