Country Head Clinical Operations

As Country Head, you will lead the organization, management, and strategic direction of clinical operations in your assigned country and satellite countries. This role uniquely blends traditional clinical operations leadership with digital transformation expertise, positioning you as both an operational excellence driver and an innovation catalyst.

• +10 years of experience in clinical research leadership with demonstrated success in managing complex clinical operations and driving organizational transformation
• In-depth knowledge of clinical development processes, Good Clinical Practice, regulatory frameworks, and emerging digital health technologies
• Bilingual in French and English is required
